On January 10th, Musala Soft organized “Examples and Good Practices in Risk Management” workshop at the Microsoft Innovation Center at the Technical University of Sofia.
Ivaylo Katsarkov, Talent Development Manager presented about how a project plan is made, specifying details about the development of mitigation plans. He explained the benefits of making thorough business analysis and regular meeting for discussion of the risks, as well as the useful practice of making prototypes. He gave some useful advice on making risk evaluation.
The event was attended by Master level students from the Faculty of Computer Systems and Technologies at the Technical University of Sofia.
