Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise level development or other relevant roles (development, system administration, DevOps, CI/CD, etc.)
- Proficiency in backend development using languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or NodeJS
- Demonstrated experience in designing and building backend solutions for complex environments
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles and related tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with various teams and customers
- Ability to adhere to best practices, ensure thorough testing, and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Capability to conceptualize and present low-level designs incorporating advanced architectural concepts
- Desire and aptitude for mentoring and guiding fellow team members.
Nice to have:
- Technical leadership and mentoring of senior engineers
- Ability to present and discuss requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to take a lead role in technical discussions and pre-sales engagements
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing backend solutions using TypeScript and/or object-oriented JavaScript
- Implementing with Infrastructure as code/configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, AWS CloudFormation, Vagrant, SaltStack
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, DevOps, quality engineers, project managers, and technical writers to understand and meet customer requirements.
- Providing technical leadership by offering insights and expertise in pre-sales discussions and stakeholder
- Creating and presenting high/low-level designs to internal or external stakeholders
- Creating WBS structure for given requirements and leading engineering team during development phase
- Participating in technical interviews and mentoring senior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
