MusalaSoft is the winner in the “Technologies in Human Resources Management” category in the Employer of Choice Awards 2021 organized by To The Top Agency. More than 50 companies with 96 projects took part in the evaluation process, and the winners were determined by a jury composed of national and international experts with experience in the field of Human Resources.

Musala Soft’s philosophy is to invest on all levels – people, technologies, processes, business. In the last year we have upgraded our people care processes so that they are adequate for the new normal. We provided the necessary equipment for effective communication and a comfortable workplace in the home of each colleague; we undertook initiatives to support the balance in organizing work and personal time and space; we made sure to continue our focus of continuous learning – new online training approaches, career development programs; seminars supporting the culture of personal cultivation; we organized team events of different formats and scale.
We never stopped being TOGETHER, thinking innovatively and giving – we organized a garden party with Stefan Valdobrev last year, a series of outdoor walks in the winter, a children’s party and a spectacular team building in Bulgaria and Macedonia at the beginning of this summer. We gather more and more often in our 4 offices (Sofia, Skopje, Ruse, Burgas), we are together from #anywhere with green and CSR initiatives, technological training, sports challenges.
