This means that client relationship management is of strategic importance to the company business. One of the divisions that contributes actively to maintaining such relationships is the Professional Services department.

Professional Services team’s ultimate responsibility is to act as a primary point of contact between Musala and its existing clients, which can be also described as Accounts. This means that majority of activities that the team handles revolve around what’s usually understood as Account Management. The Professional Services team is engaged in building and maintaining the image and reputation of the company both internally and externally. The main operational goal of the team is to successfully provision company talent and control the operational aspects of project implementation. The team is made up of members on associate, specialist, expert and manager levels and career development steps follow the same hierarchy.


About the Role

In this mid-level Professional Services  position your responsibilities will involve a diverse range of activities focused at maintaining healthy relationship within company accounts (clients) portfolio.. Most of the time you’ll be taking on a co-lead role for certain accounts and projects within. You will be a critical player in driving long-term client relationship. You will have numerous opportunities to learn and grow in the area of Account Management and the field of IT service delivery. Additionally, you will  be engaged and build your knowledge of Project coordination, Contracting and Financial Accounting. In this role you will be collaborating with colleagues from operational leadership, business development, accounting and human resources departments.



  • 1-3 years of work experience as an Account Manager or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good multitasking, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to self-organize and achieve objectives within committed timeframes
  • Integrity and reliability
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to build a career in Account Management in the IT industry

  • Acting as a primary point of contact between Musala and its clients
  • Organizing (including assisting other managers and team members by doing so as needed) account management related activities, incl. preparing and attending client meetings and gathering client feedback
  • Leading client communication and managing expectations on the client and Musala side
  • Working with clients and partners on identifying new opportunities for collaboration
  • Receiving, evaluating and processing accordingly client project requests
  • Onboarding new specialists for client projects
  • Keeping active contact with already contracted software development (delivery) teams and their technical managers making sure both client and our employee expectations are met
  • Ensuring delivery team members’ skillset is matched to the client’s needs and their profiles are well presented within proposals to clients
  • Participating in internal Musala Soft personnel management processes and identifying / proposing appropriate specialists for specific project needs
  • Developing contractual documents, with collaboration with Sales and Legal teams if necessary
  • Preparing delivery team’s work timesheets and handling related administration
  • Reporting project and team status to the management team
  • Organizing team building events
  • Preparing delivery team members to demonstrate their professional experience, soft skills and project fit to the best of their abilities in front of the client
  • Coordinating project teams’ work-related travel specifics when needed
