  • 4+ years of experience in the HR field (HR Generalist or HR BP experience will be considered a strong advantage)
  • BSc/MSc Degree in Human Resources or other related area
  • Excellent command of English language (spoken and written)
  • Result-orientation, ability to multitask and to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills


  • Act as point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Conduct regular meetings with employees to gather feedback and solve any problems or issues that arise
  • Actively collaborate with the leadership team to ensure on-time measures are taken when risks are identified
  • Drive the creation and implementation of new corporate processes, as well as optimizations to current ones in order to ensure an excellent employee experience
  • Conduct market research and provide insights for further developing the company’s benefits package
  • Assist in the organization of project or team events and initiatives
  • Act as an ambassador for our employer brand
