Requirements
- Education – secondary or higher
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Result-orientation, ability to multitask and to prioritize
- Ability and willingness to work in a team
- Very good computer literacy skills (MS Office)
Responsibilities
- Manage company communications – phone, mail
- Provide office and administrative support
- Organization and control of the business trips of the company employees
- Maintain and assist company benefit program
- Manage and maintain meetings and appointments
- Preparation of internal documents: proposals, presentations, letters, reports as well as maintaining our database
- Attend to new employees’ needs and advise them on any issue related to internal procedures and organization
