  • Years of progressive Compensation/Rewards experience
  • Familiar with working in a complex matrix, environment of continuous change and process improvement
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and cross geography teams.
  • Analytical thinking, numbers-orientated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Partner with Rewards Lead to develop and implement Compensation global plan aligned with organization’s business objectives and local market trends.
  • Understand regional Compensation specifics, talent needs/ priorities.
  • Act as a global subject matter expert for all matters related to company compensation and manage complex queries accordingly in close collaboration with local P&C, Finance, and Payroll teams.
  • Leads the communication and training programs to enhance the business stakeholders’ understanding of the global Compensation plan and process.
  • Helps to build the company salary ranges and manage periodic salary ranges review together with the Rewards team.
  • Supports the external benchmarking activities and regular in-country support.
  • Provide various Compensations reports (people cost estimate, compensation accruals etc.) to individual country leaders as needed
  • Actively participate in global projects, such as performance management, global job grading, salary/bonus review, job evaluation projects etc.
