With this digital innovation DSK Bank offers a service that is unparalleled on the Bulgarian banking market. It is fully aimed at future customers – an online process for registration and introduction of new personal clients has been developed, as well as providing a 3-in-1 package – opening a standard current account, issuing a debit card to it and providing access to e-banking DSK Direct. The functionality provides the opportunity to introduce new customers without having to visit the physical office of the bank.
The functionality is implemented using a responsive web-based registration form for users and BackOffice to enable requesting, tracking, and, if necessary, processing requests.
