Georgi Baychev from Musala Soft with presentation "Windows 2008 and IIS 7 for Developers"    (българска версия)

On the 10th of April, in the "Elieff" Center for Education and Culture in Sofia, Georgi Baychev, team leader at Musala Soft, held a presentation on the subject of "Windows 2008 and IIS 7 for Developers". The presentation outlined the benefits of using Windows Server 2008 with IIS7 - better security, FastCGI for improved PHP performance, improved error reporting for developers, FTP over SSL for encrypted file transfers, IIS7 modular architecture, remote administration of IIS7 for Web site administrators, etc. The audience also learned about the end-to-end extensibility model in IIS7, which was used by the IIS product team to build all of the features in IIS7.

Georgi Baychev's presentation was part of the conference "Heroes .NET Community Launch (Windows 2008, Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2008)", organized by Bulgarian Association of Software Developers and SofiaDev .Net User Group. Musala Soft was among the sponsors of the event.
