They had the possibility to strengthen their skills and gain professional experience by working in commercial projects of multinational companies as well as getting to know the country. Their colleagues in Musala Soft did the best to make the French feeling as part of the team.

The tradition of having French students for an internship programs in the company started three years ago with the collaboration of New Bulgarian University when the first trainees were admitted. Since then the interest is constantly increasing, because of the excellent recommendations that the trainees give to their university colleagues. Foreign students are impressed with the level of professionalism, the interesting projects they take part of, the high standards in the company and the whole atmosphere.

The hard work and endeavour the French guys demonstrated was appreciated by the company and Musala Soft send them on vacation for one week at one of Black sea resorts. "Though staying with us for a short period, the guys worked consciously, side by side with the regular Musala Soft employees and had a significant contribution in the team work. Before we chose them, in addition to the document selection, each one of them had a telephone interview. I consider that both sides took the right decision." - commented Delyan Lilov, CEO of Musala Soft.
