Musala Soft with presentation at the conference for Internet technologies - WebTech 2007    (българска версия)

The forth edition of the Internet technologies conference - WebTech, was held on 29th and 30th of June at the Technical University of Varna. Lectures and discussions gathered present and future software engineers at this unique by its means forum, completely dedicated to the web technologies. The lectures, held in two conference rooms, outlined the latest technological trends as well as the implementation in the real business world. The accent of WebTech 2007 was Web 2.0.

As a regular participant since the foundation of the conference, Musala Soft was invited to make a presentation again. Anislav Atanasov, developer at the company presented the topic of "Web 2.0 & QEDWiki". He defined the basic terms of Web 2.0 and illustrated the new product of IBM QEDWiki (Quick And Easily Done Wiki), which represents a "mashup" container based on PHP, Zend Framework, Dojo and MySQL.

"At Musala Soft I am part of the team working for projects of IBM Emerging Internet Technologies, where I have the possibility to deal with technological research and implementation at clients' of the newest OpenSource & IBM technologies. My work routines, as well as my personal interests are concentrated on the open standards for web services, which gives me a broad view over the trends in mentioned area." - stated Anislav Atanasov. "The WebTech conference is one of the most significant IT forums in Bulgaria. So far I have always attended the event as a visitor. I am glad that this year I have the chance to be at the other side and discuss my interests as a lector." - he added.
