Swedish teachers of Economics and Sociology visiting Musala Soft office     (áúëãàðñêà âåðñèÿ)  (DE Version)

Musala Soft, a leading software company from Bulgaria welcomes to its office a group of Swedish teachers. The visitation, under the slogan “Knowledge trips to New Europe” is part of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise initiative, aiming exchange of experience in the fields of Education and Economics. For that purpose, over 200 teachers of Economics and Sociology visit preliminary selected companies and schools from Central and Eastern Europe. For Bulgaria, Musala Soft is the only IT company chosen for the visit.

The meeting was conducted on 29th of September in the company’s office. The Swedish teachers remained with excellent impressions from Musala Soft team and manner of work. Some of the main topics, during the discussion were the globalization in its worldwide importance and the forthcoming accession of Bulgaria to the EU; also the way they will affect the Bulgarian Economy and companies like Musala Soft. Later on, collected information will be used as a base for a publication in a special edition, targeting the Swedish youth with an educational purpose.

“We are extremely pleased with our visit. We are happy that we have got the chance to meet Musala Soft team and to get to know their work. It was very important for us to learn about Musala Soft human resources – about the way a prosperous company from Bulgaria, like Musala Soft recruits its staff and at the same time motivates people to grow up in experience and continue to work in their own country. What we learned was extremely interesting and useful for us.” – This is how the regional chef of the Confederation - Lars Beckman, describes its impressions from the visit.

The Swedish teachers gave expression that for now on such initiatives will definitely contribute for overcoming the differences between the countries from the Eastern Europe region and will also help for the creation of a more dynamic and open world.
