Musala Soft is prestigious and rapidly developing software company. Due to its success it became a desired work place for Bulgarian talents in the field of programming as well as for foreign students. For a second consecutive year Musala Soft welcomed trainees from France.
Two years ago with the collaboration of New Bulgarian University two French students - Johan Brelet and Sylvian Vrignaud (Universite de Nantes), joined the company. They spent three unforgettable and fruitful months at Musala Soft premises and after returning to their country they recommend the place to their friends and colleagues. This year four candidates expressed the desire to work in the company and three of them were approved – Pierrick Bruneau (Polytech’ Nantes), Thomas Basaran and Thomas Feignon (Universite de Nantes). They had the possibility to gain experience in projects where they applied technologies like J2EE and WebSphere.
The three French demonstrated hard work and endeavor and Musala Soft appreciated their dedication by sending them to a vacation at one of Black sea resorts. “The guys worked hard and we decided to reward them. I am glad that we attract the interest not only of Bulgarian students but this is a natural process. Musala Soft is based in Bulgaria, but we are mainly export orientated and our software engineers work in international teams, therefore it is logic to have foreign trainees in our office. The cultural exchange in Musala Soft is a reality. The fact that our company is the choice for students from abroad is a serious recognition for us and shows that we are following the right way and we are up to high requirements.” - stated Elena Marinova, president of Musala Soft.
“Now that I was part of Musala Soft, though for a short period, I am extremely happy that I joined the company. If I have to chose again or recommend to my friends the best place, I will not hesitate. Musala Soft is s synonym of professionalism, accuracy and good treatment. I learnt a lot and my colleagues made me love the country and feel the Bulgarian atmosphere. It was a valuable experience. Tit, Tom and me – we spent three lovely months – we are glad that we had that opportunity…” – Pierrick Bruneau expressed his enthusiasm the last day of his stay.
This summer the internship program of the company was not restricted only to software engineers. For a few months, perspective trainees joined the Marketing and PR department.
