On 22nd of July Musala Soft celebrated its 100th employee. In six years the company expanded quickly and succeeded in becoming one of the biggest and most prestigious software companies in the country. A few people starting from the beginning, but full of enthusiasm and faith, relying on professionalism and hard work, succeeded in building a prosperous and strong company.
The event “Musala Soft 100th employee” was celebrated with a one-day excursion in the vicinity of Vladaya. Representatives of “Outward Bound” guaranteed a few hours of exciting games in the open air. Musala employees passed over all the obstacles fighting together as a real team. The day finished with a traditional party at Club “Vladaya” and ended the morning of the following day.
“When we founded the company never dreamed to achieve so much. Today is the day when we reveal the secrets of success – trust, team work, common goals. Friedrich Nietzsche has a reflection which says: ‘When a hundred men stand together, each of them loses his mind and gets another one’ – this is the belief we all stand up for – together we are stronger and can do everything. We’ll keep going further and the next height to achieve will be the number 200.” – expressed his delight Delyan Lilov, CEO of Musala Soft.
