Musala Soft at the WebTech conference for a third consecutive year

Musala Soft participated at the conference for Internet technologies – WebTech 2006 which took place at hotel “Rodina” in Sofia on 30 June and 1 July. The two days of lectures and discussions were held at three halls and more than 400 visitors attended the event.
For a third consecutive year Musala Soft was invited to participate as a lecturer. Nikolay Todorov, a team leader at Musala Soft, presented to the audience Apache Derby - open source database, which is being used by his team for the development of a solution for big Swiss company.
“At Musala we work with the latest technological platforms such as J2EE and .NET but we are also aware of and we actively implement and support the open source software. I hope that we sharing our experience in the field of Derby – powerful open source data base, as well as the presentations of the rest of my colleagues at WebTech, will be of a great use for the visitors.” – stated Nikolay Todorov.
WebTech is becoming one of the most prestigious and significant IT forums in Bulgaria and Musala Soft took part with a lecturer and as a sponsor. The second day of the event the company organized an afternoon breakfast with “open source” sandwiches.
