Damyan Kasapov from the QA team of Musala Soft took part in a presentation of the seminar of BSQA    (българска версия)

This year, BSQA - Bulgarian Software Quality Association held its first seminar. The topic was "Implementing and Managing Service Level Agreements (SLA)". The event took place in the hall Esplanada 1 in Hotel Expo, Sofia, the 18th of February 2006.

Damyan Kasapov from Musala Soft took part in the seminar. Mr. Kasapov is a QA specialist with rich professional experience. The topic of his presentation was "Collaboration between Service Provider and the Software Vendor in SLA Implementation".

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a formal written agreement made between two parties: the IT service provider and the IT service recipient. By managing the SLA, both parties can verify they get/deliver the agreed-upon levels of the IT service.
