“Young managers” at Musala Soft office

For a fifth consecutive year the ”Manager for one day” initiative organized by Bulgarian branch of the international Junior Achievement fund provided youngsters in Bulgaria with a unique chance to implement in real terms business theoretical knowledge acquired at school.

Musala Soft also participated in the program. On the 28th of March our office hosted two participants in the “Manager for one day” initiative. The students Slavi Petkov (17) and Evgenia Hristova (17) were managers for one day in Musala Soft. They spent the whole day “shadowing” Musala Soft managers in their day-to-day activities.

“We had to solve real manager’s problems under pressing time limits. We also got involved into important business meetings”, Slavi said about his day as a manager.

Over 800 school pupils from across the country, similar to their coevals in more than 100 countries, spend a working day on the premises of state departments and enterprises as well as leading private companies.
