Musala Soft engineers present Know-How in the area of Quality Assurance

Damyan Kasapov and Tsvetelina Kovacheva from the Quality Assurance team at Musala Soft presented in front of their colleagues from other companies the software development process in the company. They stressed on the activities and methodologies in the quality assurance process used during all phases of the development cycle – starting from requirements analysis and ending with customer satisfaction.
The presentation was a part of a workshop “Processes and practices at testing and quality assurance in different Bulgarian companies” organized by the Bulgarian QA Association.
