Delyan Lilov, CEO
Delyan Lilov is the founder and CEO of one
of the most successful Bulgarian software
companies – Musala Soft. In seven years,
due to his extensive experience,
professionalism and vision, Musala Soft
expanded and positioned as a reliable and
prestigious long term partner for world
industry leaders such as British American
Tobacco, IBM, HP, SAP. As a CEO Mr. Lilov
defines company strategy, leads operations
and is involved in key accounts. Commitment
to quality, continuous process improvement
and mainstay of company teams are among his
core areas of activity. Mr. Lilov holds a
MA in Computer Science.
Elena Marinova, President
Ms. Elena Marinova is the President of Musala Soft.
She holds BA degree in Economics and MA in Strategic
Management and has several outstanding personal awards.
As a President of Musala Soft she gives her unique
touch to the company strategy, paying special
attention to image, market positioning, company
culture and team spirit. In her public activities
Ms. Marinova is committed to the recognition of
Bulgaria as an internationally respected IT
destination. She is VP of the Bulgarian Association
of Software Companies (BASSCOM) for 2005 - 2007 and
is actively engaged in activities dedicated to the
promotion and support of the Bulgarian business
climate, IT education and branding.
