Requirements

• Sound interest in Quality Assurance and Control
• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science/informatics or equivalent technical area
• 1+ years professional experience as a QA or other development position
• Good understanding of OOP principles, DB theory, algorithms
• Knowledge/experience with SQL or PL/SQL
• Good knowledge of Windows platforms and PC environment
• Good command of English language (spoken and written)
• Ability to learn fast and work in dynamic environment

Advantages

• Programming experience with Java, C/C++ or VB Script
• Experience with automated testing tools such as HP QuickTest Pro, IBM Rational Functional Tester, Selenium, Test Maker, etc
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 or CMMI

Main Responsibilities

• Definition and improvement of test plans for project solutions
• Creation and execution of test cases and scenarios
• Test reporting and analysis
• Monitoring and improving the quality processes (test driven development, design and code reviews)
• Follow-up of found software defects
