Requirements

• Sound interest in Quality Assurance and Automated testing
• Professional experience as a QA
• Experience with automated testing tools such as HP QuickTest Pro, IBM Rational Functional Tester, Selenium, JUnit, Test Maker, etc
• Understanding of OOP principles, DB theory, algorithms, scripting languages, etc
• Good knowledge of OS platforms, PC environment and networking
• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science/informatics or equivalent technical area
• Good command of English language (spoken and written)

Advantages

• Programming experience with Java, C/C++ or VB
• Knowledge of CMMI and/or Agile methods

Main Responsibilities

• Creation and execution of automated test cases and scenarios
• Definition and improvement of test plans for project solutions
• Test reporting and analysis
• Monitoring and improving the quality processes (test driven development, design and code reviews)
• Defect tracking and management
